During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the spaciousness of the apartment. The modern layout and well-thought-out design brought a touch of sophistication to our stay, complemented by the high ceilings and large rooms that retained their character. The location was also perfect, as we were close to supermarkets and public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city. the daily maid service was a convenient feature that kept our apartment tidy.

Although we enjoyed our stay, we did find that the underfloor heating was somewhat difficult to control in the bedrooms, leading to some discomfort during the night. the toilet flush took a bit of getting used to, as it wasn't as efficient as we were used to.

Location was excellent. No air conditioning was a bit troublesome with young kids...so called under floor cooling was not effective at all. The hosts were very nice though...arranged for fans and readily helped with whatever information we asked.

Nothing not too like

Owners were very helpful and friendly. Location was great, both for tourism and attending a convention at the Messe center. Metro line direct to Messe was only a minute's walk from the apartment.

Bedroom was in a loft. Ceiling in loft was less than about 5' 8" (1.7 meters) so uncomfortable for me (5' 11"). Also, we had unseasonable hot weather, so sleeping in loft was even more uncomfortable.

We stayed at the vca Vienna City Apartment n°7 and cannot say a bad word. The location at the Ringstrasse is excellent. We were in walking distance to all main attractions, having 2 metro lines, the Danube and many restaurants just nearby. The modern apartment offered comfortable beds, 1 1/2 baths, a full kitchen and free internet. We also enjoyed the wide selection of English spoken films provided by apple-tv. We are looking forward to coming back again.

The location in the centre of Vienna was perfect, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and responsive. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and stylish environment. I also appreciated the little extra touches like the complimentary champagne and bathrobes. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, including room service and laundry facilities. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at VCA! The helpful staff, well-appointed apartment, and great location made our trip enjoyable. The apartment had a wide range of TV options and was very clean. The owner was extremely nice, even waiting for us when we arrived late. We appreciated the complementary fruit and wine and the prompt laundry service. one of the best places we've stayed at!

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

This apartment is the perfect location for your trip! Situated very near to the metro station and close to all the tourist attractions, you'll have access to everything you need right on the street or boulevard. the spacious rooms are impeccably decorated with designer interiors, and the service is top-notch with complementary fresh fruits and wine on arrival. the laundry service is also excellent, with magically clean and folded clothes returned within hours.

Some nearby shops and restaurants are not too obvious to find, but the friendly and responsive staff will inform you of any nearby places on arrival.

We had an amazing stay in this city! The hotel was incredibly clean and had great facilities, including parking and transportation right nearby. The location was ideal, very near a metro station and just on the border of the historical city centre. We also loved being close to restaurants that were located in the centre of this city during the weekend. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, making our stay even better.

Fresh fruits and sparkling wine with gold were offered on arrival, making us feel like royalty. the key location facts were shared with us on arrival, making it convenient for us to explore the city.

That the nearby shops and restaurants were not too obvious, which discouraged us from exploring the area. Though the staff informed us about the nearby shops and restaurants, it would have been better if they had been more visible.
